Well......here’s my #10yearchallenge . I’m hoping that I look similar????.... because 10 years ago I was physically in good shape, I’d lost about 4 stone, had a new boyfriend that at the time was the love of my life. However it wasn’t a fairy-tail relationship and soon after it ended my old pattern of binging took over. I spent the next 6 or 7 years jumping from one diet plan to another, miserable! . Today, I’m 1 year free of diets, thanks to @thebodycoach I feel completely in control of my health and that’s vastly different to 10 years ago!! Всем привет друзья Сегодня мой первый тренировочный день, после запланированного перерыва в 6 недель. Сделал такой перерыв ВПЕРВЫЕ, с целью полного восстановления костно-связочного аппарата (для заживления мелких травм, растяжений, и т.п.) и конечно же восстановления ЦНС🤪. Планируя отдых в 6 недель, мне это казалось слишком долго, «как так ? / зачем так долго ? / совсем не тренироваться ?» Такие мысли крутились у меня в голове). Но послушавшись совета своего друга/тренера Тараса, я начал свой «восстановительно-отдыхательный» период. И вы знаете..🤔очень быстро втянулся. Мне понравился ритм жизни без режима, по еде/тренировкам (он отсутствовали полостью)/режиму дня в целом, ещё и море свободного времени, которое ранее уходило на тренировку (3-4 часа) 3 раза в неделю. Но обо всем этом, я не пожалел ни разу!!! Ведь сейчас я за всем этим изголодался, правильная еда/ тренировочный режим (план)‍️. HELLO!!! And happy leg day from me and my favorite leggings. If this sounds all over the place I’m trying to do this while I test out an elliptical and I kinda hate it. I don’t know how people use these things 1️⃣ STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFTS: 3 sets of how many reps this was but these were kind of heavy for me which I am not really used to doing them at the moment. 2️⃣ BANDED AND WEIGHTED SQUATS ON A PLATE: (talk about a mouthful🤩) these are pulses so make sure you’re not coming up all the way and the plate helps relieve the pressure if you have tight hamstrings or hips 3️⃣ BOSU BALL JUMPS: 3 sets of 10 each leg. These HURT put your leg on a bosu ball and start jumping 🤗 you can do this weighted or unweighted they still HURT 4️⃣ HIP THRUSTS. HIP THRUSTS!!!!! OKAY THIS IS MY FAVORITE SET SO LISTEN UP!!!! 3x15 weighted hip thrusts, THEN do the banded only and add an abductor at the end and then you are doing only ABDUCTORS TOO. 5️⃣ SQUATS WITH A TOE POINT: do a squat (banded, weighted whatever) then flex those calves ladies 🤩6️⃣ SQUAT PRESS PULSES: pick a light af weight and just pulse your legs in and out on the squat press or you can use the leg press because your QUADS will BURNNNNN🤗 7️⃣ last but CERTAINLY not least WEIGHTED LUNGE SLIDES: get a towel, a slide thingy, a chair and put your leg on it and grab a weight and slide it in an out doing a sort of lunge thing 🤩🥊this workout will LITERALLY kick your butt and this is a literal whole workout 🤗 SO SAVE ITTTT️ happy Tuesday my loves (bands are from amazon but @soprimeproducts of courseee because I love them)

Layers are key!!! ‍️️ We got a cold snap this week and were back to below 0 so when I start my run I’m wearing 3-4 layers and as I heat up the track becomes a dumping ground for my clothes In my learn to run program I am currently running for 3 mins and walking for 2 for 45 minutes and I have to say, so far so good!! I still have such a long way to go, but my abilities and confidence increase after every training session ️

A before and after transformation. In the amount of time it’s taken me to grow out my hair. . I actually use to be 126lbs, then bulked for two years to 186lbs at the start of getting into bodybuilding and cut my hair too 🤷‍️.(Left picture) I don’t regret bulking but it does mess up your body and your hormones. I still bulk but not as extreme. 🤔 . Be careful bulking, if you are, it’s generally much easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight safely. . . More painstaking if you’re trying to keep as much muscle and strength as possible. . . I don’t see the rush in body.... building....
